Background:
In 2003, Motorola PCS of North Asia was under huge pressure
from the competitive market. The leadership hoped to boost
morale and turn the new culture of ¡°Winning Spirit ¡± into
behaviors of employees. Genesis provided a tailored training
program that is named ¡°Regain the Glory¡± for the senior manager
in the department. In order to strengthen the training effect,
our consultants specially designed a scenario of dismantling
and rebuilding a ¡°Motorola Wall ¡± in it to encourage the participant

Background:
In order to boost moral among P&G sales team and give

adventure program named " The Lord of Ring". Immersed
in the magic power of surrealism, all the trainees were totally
involved by the plot .

This orientation program is designed to help the new stuff
of HP to understand and adopt organization culture, strengthen
