We considerately design this comprehensive management simulation
program, to provide a ¡°chamber¡± for business management personnel,
who will experience through actual activity, learn from own
experiences. There are quite many possible vital mistakes they
will make during the simulation, however these mistakes will
not bring any damage to the business, and the personnel, rather
enhance their management knowledge, skills and experiences.
During this management simulation program, participants are
managing business tasks, making correct or wrong decisions,
analyzing them and sorting them out to be own learning points;
all is assisted by instructor actively who will lead these events
towards theoretical level, for participants to apply broadly
into their management tasks afterwards.
To enhance participants¡¯s application capability, many well-tested
management TOOLS are provided, step-by-step, at the right moment
when they are needed the most.
To ensure effective learning, we provide ten ¡°years¡± for
participants to run an own business.
Business decision
Management and financial decision makers will, during an intensive
2-3 day course get the overview and the necessary in-depth
competence that enables them to more profitable business decisions
in the future.
The participants (12-24) are distributed in groups of 3-4,
who will take over an existing business.
The groups have to develop their business in tough competition
with the other groups.
The difficult part is not to set a goal and to develop a
strategy, but to implement it with success.
Business logic
Staff/team leaders/self managed groups will, during an intensive
1-1?day course gain a higher awareness and understanding of
decisions made by management and the ability to implement
those decisions with greater speed and profitability.
This broader understanding will enable the management to
communicate better to ensure better implementation of needed
company changes.
The participants are distributed into groups of 3-4, who
take over an existing business.
The development can be fully managed by the instructor ?or
the participants can have a limited chance to make their own
decisions ?and thereby see and understand the consequences
