Forerunner and Leader of Experiential Training
Genesis Education Group, established in March 15 in 1995,
is the first domestic organization engaged in professional
experience-based training in China. Since then, Genesis has
been concentrated on the research and promotion of this kind
of program and found the well-known brand ”°ĶŲÕ¹ŃµĮ·”±, which means
”°outward training”±. Based on the special condition of Chinese
training market, Genesis developed a unique training system
for individual, team and organization, initiated a training
model that combined the tailored design and standard procedure.
The adoption of this model brought a huge incensement of trainee
and a skyrocketing expansion of experience-based training
industry in China. The achievement of GEG is recognized by
the authoritative organizations including AEE (Association
of Experiential Education).
In the past decade, Genesis had set up branches in Beijing,
Shanghai, Shandong, Tianjin, Sichuan, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang
and provided training service for varied organizations including
Companies, government , academic unit and public organizations.
With a total business volume of 300,000 person/time, Genesis
has become one of the largest organizations in the field of
